Payengxa Lor is a Hmong model, and beauty pageant titleholder, who was crowned Miss Universe Laos 2022. She was the first Hmong to compete and place in the top 16. Payengxa Lor represented Laos at the Miss Universe 2022 and placed in the top 16.
